These days, I’m on Mounjaro, and I’m not shy about it. What it’s taught me is how much protein and fiber actually matter when you’re eating less overall. They’re not just nutrition buzzwords to me anymore; they’re the difference between a meal that holds you and one that doesn’t. That’s a big part of why this site now puts high-protein and high-fiber recipes front and center. It’s not a trend I picked up; it’s what I actually cook for myself.
Everything here is still built the way it always was: tested in my own kitchen with no AI and no shortcuts. The difference now is I’m cooking with a clearer sense of what my body actually needs, and I wanted the recipes to reflect that.
