Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups ice
  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 1 cup hot chocolate mix powdered, or 4 packets of Swiss Miss
  • whipped cream optional
  • chocolate shavings or sprinkles, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the ice, chocolate milk, and powdered hot chocolate mix to your blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth and slushy; this takes about a minute.
  • Pour into four glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles if you like.
  • Serve immediately with a straw or spoon and enjoy every frosty sip.

Notes

Chef Jenn’s Tips

  • Use full-fat chocolate milk for a richer texture, but any kind will work.
  • If your blender needs help, add a splash more milk to get things moving.
  • For a darker, more intense chocolate flavor, use a dark cocoa mix or add a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Want to make it fancy? Swirl a little chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring.
